Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) speak for the best interests of children that have experienced abuse or neglect and whose home will be determined by a court of law. The CASA Volunteer stands beside the child to provide hope and help guide the child to a safe and permanent home. For more information on becoming a CASA Volunteer, contact Rebekah Beltran at 325-653-HOPE or firstname.lastname@example.org.
